We are an experienced company who successfully recruits employees for American employers for more then 4 years.
If you own a business in USA and the area you are located in has a lack of seasonal staff or if you just want to diversify your seasonal crew you definitely should register for participating in our program for U.S. employers.
There are different programs for different purposes:
- J-1 Summer Work/Travel program:
- Trainee/Intern Program:
Students are eligible to work up to 4 months during the summer period (May — September). Employers give job offers to applicants because they are required by the consulate to issue a visa. The job offer doesn't mean you can't dismiss him/her if you are not satisfied with the job done.
A program for students that have just graduated from universities. This program lasts for a longer term and it lets a student to practice after graduating the university. The period of legal working in U.S. is from 6 to 12 months.

Interviews
Some employers may ask for face-to-face interviews with applicants, we can arrange a phone interview or if applicable online video call (if the U.S. Employer has an access to skype with web cam).
English proficiencyEmployees hired through this programs have sufficient English proficiency to perform their work tasks so employers get capable and multi-lingual employees, which may be a big benefit to their employers especially in tourist areas.
Authorization to work in the U.S.Our international employees are authorized to work in the U.S., receive social security numbers, pay income taxes, and are insured by their sponsor. When filling seasonal positions, international students can stay employed up to 4 months, much longer than U.S. students whose vacation period is limited to 1 or 2 months only.
Saving money on taxesAlso a great advantage of hiring an international employee is saving taxes, because J-1 students are not a subject to Medicare, Social Security and Unemployment taxes.
No paper workU.S. employers are not involved in the visa issuing process, all this work will be done by Addrian. You just simply need to sign the Employment agreement form and wait for your Employee.
Free service for EmployersAddrian does not charge any of the employers to participate in the Work & Travel program. It's a totally FREE service for USA employers.
Candidates
Addrian and our U.S. partner organization is required to screen all the international applicants. Interviews are conducted to make sure that the participant is suitable for the program. We check every ones background, needs and experience. Only full-time students at accredited educational institutions are eligible to participate in the program. All foreign students must possess sufficient proficiency in the English language.
Addrian will select only those participants who match your requirements.
Most popular industries where students work
- Hospitality — in this area students usually get employed in hotels, spas, amusement parks, golf courses, ski resorts, etc. The most common positions include wait staff, reception, kitchen help, front desk attendant, life guard, golf course maintenance, host, tourist guide, housekeeping, ride operators, etc.
- Retail businesses - students often work as cashiers, greeters, stockers, supervisors, customer service representatives, etc.
- Restaurants - students work as cooks, wait staff, cashiers, supervisors, bus persons, hosts, dishwashers, etc.
- Office workers - some offices need short-term staff motivated to hard working. Offices often need help with papers and around the office.
See the difference
- Foreign students can work up to 4 months. When American students can only work for 1-2 months because their break is short, international students have longer holidays and that's why they can spend more time working. And the staff will not leave too soon.
- International workplace. It gets very interesting when your workplace gets international. You get to tell foreign students about your country and you get to know more about other countries.
- Screening and commitment. All our applicants get screened, tested and get their background checked to fully match employers requirements.
