    Cooperation mechanism

    1.Making a decision to hire foreign students/employee:

You(the employer) needs to figure out if you need high class seasonal staff, or not. Many companies have strong seasonal needs, if they don't have a large labor pool or they just want to diversify their crew.
After that decision is made it wouldn't take much effort from you to continue the cooperation.

By the time you have decided for how long the student needs to work for you, if it's just for the summer season — the best choice would be the J-1 Work And Travel program in which students are eligible to work 4 months. If it's a longer term — your program would be the Intern/Trainee or even an H2B visa.

After that you just need to tell us the positions that need to be filled, their descriptions, and any specific requirements they might need so that we can find the best employee for you.

    2.Choosing an employee:

Now that all the necessary information is gathered we can start searching for candidates through our wide base of students. Then the files of candidates that match your requirements would be sent to your consideration.

    3.Student interview:

When you select the right candidate the position we will get the interview ready for you and the student, if it's necessary. You can schedule an interview through a phone call or web camera in our office or you can even give us a list of questions, and one of our crew members can schedule an interview on your behalf. Which would be absolutely free for you.

    4.Doing paperwork:

As soon as you decide to hire an employee, Addrian has to provide all the necessary documentation to the embassy so that the student recieves their visa. All the paper work shall be done by us. The only thing needed from you — would be filling the information about the position and/or your signature.

    5.Housing:

To make sure that the student is going to be safe and secure in the USA he/she must be provided with housing. Most employers provide some kind of housing no matter if it's a shared apartment or a dormitory. Addrian can always help employers identify suitable housing. Some employers can even take some of the cost of the rent to attract the students.

    6. Pre-departure meeting:

As Addrian wants to provide you with the best employees — they have to be well informed about the situations that can occur in the U.S., about the expectations of the employer concerning the student, about the working routine in the U.S. and everything they need to know, to live in the USA.

    7. The beginning of the work:

And finally, when all the paper work is done, when all interviews are passed, visas are approved and airplane tickets purchased, your employees are on their way to get to their working position. They have all the necessary information on how to get to the proper place, where to find housing, and how to find you.
